Welcome to the home of Hi-tech Entrepreneurship!
This website is primarily, but not exclusively, for students studying various aspects of hi-tech entrepreneurship at the University of Edinburgh. It is intended to be a dynamic and useable resource for all students interested in global entrepreneurship.
Founded by the Edinburgh-Stanford Link, and drawing heavily from a format pioneered by the Stanford Technology Ventures Programme, our sessions are hosted by real entrepreneurs from both Silicon Valley and Great Britain. Such cross-Atlantic linkage is completely unique!
For the avoidance of doubt, this is a 'hands-on', high-impact, 'how to' course. Our goal is to teach students the techniques they need to assess ideas and think more innovatively. In the process we hope they will improve their communication skills and their business acumen.
But most of all, we want to inspire students to be the best they can...
